[Bug 1686423] [NEW] Lubuntu Installer Crashed when grub2 not installed properly

Public bug reported:

Lubuntu installer was unable to handle that grub2 install failed.
It was supposed to do tasks after the bootloader install.
Installer should also have option to disable installation of bootloader.
