[Bug 1685413] [NEW] MATE 16.4? does NOT boot up to live desktop with menu bar or anything, only welcome dialogue page & install option.

Public bug reported:

i booted up this distro 3-4 times and same thing...no live desktop to
test the program.

all i get is the dialogue window with install option.

i installed it anyway...got another bug i reported here. will have to
test it

after it installs.
