Your disk is currently partitioned to boot in bios mode, but you booted
the installer in EFI mode. A warning message prompted you that this
could be a problem and recommended performing a bios mode install
instead, but you chose not to. You either need to perform the bios mode
install, or partition the disk using GPT and set up an EFI system
partition to install in EFI mode. This will be done for you if you
choose the "use entire disk" guided install option.

Bug description:
  First Stage:
  Windows 7 and Debian installed in BIOS mode and was working fine
  Stage 2:
  Tried to replace debian with ubuntu 16.04 LTS in efi mode and failed
  Stage 3:
  Tried to install ubuntu 16.04 LTS in BIOS mode to USB hard drive and turned into success
  Stage 4:
  Tried to install grub into fixed drive and shows success but failed to boot into fixed disk
  Stage 5:
  Tried to install Ubuntu 16.04 in EFI mode and installation failed with grub-efi installation failure
