Searching on the web I have found things that look similar :

It has been decided that the first link is a duplicate of the second
link.  Bug 1577712 shows as Completed on 2016-07-21.

Yet I'm having the same problem some 9 months later.  Perhaps my
situation only 'looks' similar to the previous ones.

I'm going to try the 'accepted answer' at following link to see whether
it fixes it or not.
