Not sure how to install dual boot to existing win 7 on nvme m.2 ssd

  Tried to dual boot install with existing win 7 on M.2 SSD drive.
  Grub wouldn't install to the nvme drive. Wouldn't allow me to select
  the windows loader drive for grub dual boot install
