Bug description:
  I think this is a false alarm.

  I noticed that the bios_grub flag was missing after installing with
  yesterday's iso file, so I restored it (with gparted). I don't know if
  it was a temporary glitch or a failing drive, or if it was a bug in
  yesterday's iso file, that removed the bios_grub flag and made the
  drive unavailable for today's iso file. Anyway, today's iso file *can*
  install grub into the same drive, and it does not remove the bios_grub
  flag.

  During iso-testing, from the previous daily live iso file to this one,
  grub failed to be installed. I tried manual partitioning alias
  'Something else' and tried to install to the same partition in the
  same target drive as yesterday.
