Title:
The network installation with the mirror inside ubuntu-16.04-server-
  amd64.iso leaves several invalid sources.list
  entries(updates,security) in the installed system

Status in debian-installer package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  ---Problem Description---
I tried to provision the x86_64 kvm guest with the mirror inside ubuntu-16.04-server-amd64.iso, the preseed lines to specify the mirror is:

  ### Mirror settings
  # If you select ftp, the mirror/country string does not need to be set.

  d-i mirror/country string manual

  d-i mirror/protocol string http

  d-i mirror/http/directory string /install/ubuntu16.04/x86_64

  d-i mirror/http/proxy string

  # Suite to install.
  #d-i mirror/suite string testing
  # Suite to use for loading installer components (optional).
  #d-i mirror/udeb/suite string testing

In the installed system, there are several invalid lines in the /etc/apt/sources.list

  root at bybc0605:~# cat /etc/apt/sources.list|grep -v "^#"
  deb http://xcatmn/install/ubuntu16.04/x86_64 xenial main restricted
  deb http://xcatmn/install/ubuntu16.04/x86_64 xenial-updates main restricted
  deb http://security.ubuntu.com/ubuntu xenial-security main restricted

Since the mirror inside ubuntu-16.04-server-amd64.iso does not include
  "xenial-updates" and " xenial-security ", the 2 entries are invalid
and apt-get update will complain error messages. Is there any preseed
configuration to prevent writing the "xenial-updates" and " xenial-
security " lines in /etc/apt/sources.list in the installed system?
