Title:
  multipathd reconfigure does not update /etc/multipath/wwids file on
  trusty

Status in multipath-tools package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid
Status in multipath-tools source package in Trusty:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  [Description of the problem]
  [SRU justification]
  When running "multipathd reconfigure", which is done when one does a "service multipath-tools restart", the file /etc/multipath/wwids does not get updated with the wwid entries. Only the header is found.

  [Impact]
  The content of the file may contain stale values or remain with only the file header if the file was removed.

  [Fix]
  Add a call to remember_wwid(mpp->wwid)

  [Test Case]
  With an up-to-date Trusty system running multipath-tools-0.4.9-3ubuntu7.13 do the following :

  $ sudo cat /etc/multipath/wwids
  # Multipath wwids, Version : 1.0
  # NOTE: This file is automatically maintained by multipath and multipathd.
  # You should not need to edit this file in normal circumstances.
  #
  # Valid WWIDs:
  /149455400000000006c756e31000000000000000000000000/
  /149455400000000006c756e32000000000000000000000000/
  /149455400000000006c756e30000000000000000000000000/

  $ sudo rm /etc/multipath/wwids
  $ sudo service multipath-tools restart
  $ sudo cat /etc/multipath/wwids
  # Multipath wwids, Version : 1.0
  # NOTE: This file is automatically maintained by multipath and multipathd.
  # You should not need to edit this file in normal circumstances.
  #
  # Valid WWIDs:

  With the proposed fix, the last command would give :
  $ sudo cat /etc/multipath/wwids
  # Multipath wwids, Version : 1.0
  # NOTE: This file is automatically maintained by multipath and multipathd.
  # You should not need to edit this file in normal circumstances.
  #
  # Valid WWIDs:
  /149455400000000006c756e31000000000000000000000000/
  /149455400000000006c756e32000000000000000000000000/
  /149455400000000006c756e30000000000000000000000000/

  [Regression]
  Only one call to remember_wwid() is added. This is what is currently done in 0.5.0
