Initially, all installer bug reports should start off as assigned to the
debian-installer package, until route cause is diagnosed. Updating
package.

Bug description:
  During installation of 16.04.1 following screen came up.
  Did not find this in the installation documentation - this is new and did not show up in installations done last week
