If Read-Only(gksu or gksudo does not work, you can use "nano" to edit it.)
miked at free-zesty:~$ sudo nano /usr/share/python-apt/templates/Ubuntu.info
Highlight, Copy, and Paste with Mouse, into Terminal.(after name at computername:~$)

"Software-Properties-Gtk doesn't work"

After running the above command, especially very early in the
development cycle could stop Software & Updates (software-properties-
gtk) from running. To solve the problem, insert the following text in
/usr/share/python-apt/templates/Ubuntu.info:

  I expected to open the Software & Updates, (under System Settings, on Right corner drop-down menu, I can't tell you the name of the drop-down menu, because my screen does not display right.), by clicking on Icon.
