Yes, this is because Ubuntu's interactive_search.patch in the nautilus
package needs to be updated for nautilus 3.22.
The warning itself is harmless.

triggers
Status in Ubuntu GNOME:

Bug description:
Since upgrading from Ubuntu GNOME 16.04.1 with GNOME 3.20 to Ubuntu
GNOME 16.10 with GNOME 3.22 I have found that whenever I am installing
something which needs to:
Processing triggers for libglib2.0-0:amd64 (2.50.0-1) ...
That I get the following message immediately after that:
No such key 'enable-interactive-search' in schema
'org.gnome.nautilus.preferences' as specified in override file
'/usr/share/glib-2.0/schemas/20_ubuntu-gnome-default-
settings.gschema.override'; ignoring override for this key.
