The issue still appears to be present on multipath-tools
(0.4.9-3ubuntu7.14). We tested that package on Monday, and experienced
the same crash.

Bug description:
When mulitpathd is called for a reload, a general protection fault
occurs on the process. The process will silently fail with the
exception of a general protection fault showing the kern.log's.

This occurs on multiple hosts in our environment and is not isolated
to a single host. The backend storage is iSCSI, with XtremIO.
