Status in msttcorefonts package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
  Data files for multiple packets can not be obtained

  The following packages must be downloaded additional data after
  installation, but the data can not be received or processed.

  ttf-mscorefonts-installer

  This is a fatal error, which would entail the inability to use these
  packages on your system. You will need to reconnect to the Internet,
  and then to correct the problem and remove perform a new installation
  package.
