Bug description:
  Availability:
  - Already in universe and available on applicable archs.

  Rationale:
  - Required by cmake 3.7

  Security:
  - one single CVE according to changelog, dated 2015

  Quality assurance:
  - Should work without configuration.
  - No debconf questions.
  - One single Debian, not regarding the source itself but network access during build.
  - It is a widely used library, with symbols well maintained and a really stable API/ABI
  (one single soname change AFAIK)
