  "Details" section of download/install window chopped off

Bug description:
  Since installing Lubuntu 16.10, I have noticed that the "Details" section of the
  window that opens to show that packages are being downloaded or installed is chopped off.

  I believe it is the case for both the downloading and the installing, but I was only
  quick enough today to screenshot the installing portion of the output.

  The detail area shown is only about 1 line in height. (see 1st screenshot)
  If one Maximizes the window, only half of the window is used. (see 2nd screenshot)
