[Bug 1586713] [NEW] synaptic cant be backgrounded

I think is is upsteam debbie.

sudo synaptic & fails miserably. UI apps should pop up to foreground when needed.
what happens is synaptic gets shoved in the back(as I need the console for source building) and dies there.

I am trying to solve depends.
