This bug was fixed in the package syslinux - 3:6.03+dfsg-13

  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Syslinux FTBFS on yakkety amd64, i386 builds fine.
  Previous version of syslinux (3:6.03+dfsg-11ubuntu1) now fails to build in the same way.
  Downgrading nasm to 2.11.08-1 had no effect either.
