[Bug 1584151] [NEW] When 'apt-get -y dist-upgrade' error: E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1)

After executing: sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get -y dist-upgrade
I got bellow error and I just can't get out of it. Trying million of things.
