This bug was fixed in the package language-selector - 0.168
language-selector (0.168) yakkety; urgency=medium
Don't pull the dummy openoffice.org-hyphenation (LP: #1578880).
Drop hack for hunspell-sv-se (no longer in archive).
Bump Standards-Version to 3.9.8.

Build hyphen-* packages
Status in language-selector package in Ubuntu:
Status in openoffice.org-hyphenation package in Ubuntu:
It would be handy to have the openoffice.org-hyphenation source
package build separate hyphen-* binaries for the remaining hyphenation
dictionaries. That way, if/when a dictionary for one of the languages
is added to libreoffice-dictionaries, we won't need to worry about
conflicts. Also, openoffice.org-hyphenation can be dropped from
pkg_depends in language-selector, so pkg_depends doesn't keep pulling
e.g. Finnish and Indonesian hyphenation for all users.
