Bug description:
  1. % lsb_release -rd

  2. % apt-cache policy bridge-utils
  bridge-utils:

  4. # brctl setportprio br0 eth1 128 
  set port priority failed: Numerical result out of range

  The manpage (bridge-utils-interfaces) says that bridge_portprio has a
  default value of 128.  However, the default is infact 32.
  Additionally,  no value higher than 32 can be set.
