  Impossible to install language packages imediatly after fresh install

Status in language-selector package in Ubuntu:

  STR:
  - boot Ubuntu live, without any network connexion
  - install Ubuntu
  - restart the computer
  - get the pop-up that tell you to install the language support : click on "run this action"
  - gnome-language-selector starts, but you cannot do anything with it
