This is not an issue with the Puritine per se, it's just how Click
packages are. Click packages themselves don't provide delta updates, so
we cannot do anything about Puritine. When we were developing Puritine,
we made our concern known that updates are going to be painful.
Since there is nothing we can do with Puritine, I'm marking it Invalid.
However, I will add Click and Store to this and let those guys respond.
** Also affects: click (Ubuntu)
Importance: Undecided
Status: New
** Changed in: puritine
Status: New => Invalid

Bug description:
Currently if the version of a click package changes, the full click package is included in the delta, which may result in huge delta updates.
It's minor for most of the click packages. But in the case of ubuntu-pd and the puritine click it means we are delivering all of puritine and the apps in the libertine container even for a single file change in the click package. It's an OTA of 350MB and 1.5GB to uncompress on disk on the tablet.
