Hi,
I have uploaded a samba package for precise to the following PPA:
https://launchpad.net/~mdeslaur/+archive/ubuntu/testing
Could you please give it a try? I believe it may fix this issue, and if
tested successfully, I will release it as a regression update.

Bug description:
I am using Ubuntu 12.04 and after doing the latest updates this is
happening on both my computers. There was an update a few days ago and
now whenever I try to share a folder on my computer I get the
following error....
'net usershare' returned error 255: net usershare add: cannot convert name "Everyone" to a SID. Access denied.
