I removed indicator-appmenu from precise-proposed, I has been sitting
there for four years.

I upgraded several machines from Lucid to Precise. After the Upgrade I
noticed that the application did not use the global menu. To fix this
I had to install the package 'indicator-appmenu' which pulls in some
