I can reproduce this. It's caused by the patch for CVE-2016-2115.
As a workaround until a proper fix is available, the following can be
added to /etc/samba/smb.conf, in the [global] section:
client ipc signing = no

Bug description:
I am using Ubuntu 12.04 and after doing the latest updates this is
happening on both my computers. There was an update a few days ago and
now whenever I try to share a folder on my computer I get the
following error....
'net usershare' returned error 255: net usershare add: cannot convert name "Everyone" to a SID. Access denied.
