The attach patch avoids the FTBFS. I haven't tested the built binary

** Patch added: "Disable PIE to avoid FTBFS on amd64"

Bug description:
Syslinux FTBFS on yakkety amd64, i386 builds fine.
Previous version of syslinux (3:6.03+dfsg-11ubuntu1) now fails to build in the same way.
Downgrading nasm to 2.11.08-1 had no effect either.
