Your EFI system partition is corrupt.  You will need to repair it with
dosfsck in linux, or chkdsk in windows.

  I used windows 8 and  ubuntu 14.04 before now. upgraded the windows to
  10 formatted the ubuntu partition by error now grub failed to install
  while installing ubuntu 16
