$ LANG=C sudo /usr/sbin/groupadd -g 134 libvirtd
groupadd: failure while writing changes to /etc/group

I see files group-, group+, gshadow-, but unable to remove them:
$ LANG=C sudo rm group+ group- gshadow- 
rm: cannot remove 'group+': Device or resource busy
rm: cannot remove 'group-': Device or resource busy
rm: cannot remove 'gshadow-': Device or resource busy

$ (sudo) fuser group+ group- gshadow- 
Returns nothing

Any ideas how to remove them or at least to know what preccess is using
the files?
