Not sure if debian-installer is the right place to file this bug, please
do reassign to a different source package as needed. I will also file
related bugs on MAAS to ensure that the region and rack controller
install experiences are neat. Thanks!

Title:
  Ubuntu Server install menu needs a 16.04 refresh

Status in debian-installer package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Please can we update the 16.04 LTS Ubuntu Server install menu (the one
  you get after selecting a language when installing the server). It
  should read:

  ------- START CENTRED TEXT ---------

   * Install single Ubuntu server
   * Install MAAS region controller
   * Install MAAS rack controller
   * Rescue a broken system
   * Check disk for defects
   * Boot from first disk
   * Test memory

  MAAS is "Metal as a Service", a software-defined data centre solution.
  It provides inventory, DHCP, DNS, PXE, and OS installation services,
  supporting Ubuntu, CentOS, WIndows and custom OS images.
