This would be a bug in aptdaemon or packagekit (we just call a dbus API)

** Package changed: gnome-control-center (Ubuntu) => aptdaemon (Ubuntu)

** Changed in: ubuntu-gnome
    Milestone: None => xenial

Title:
Package installation boxes starting size is too small for "Region &
  Language" section

Status in Ubuntu GNOME:
  New
Status in aptdaemon package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
Since one of the most recent updates of the gnome-control-center on
Ubuntu GNOME 16.04 with GNOME 3.18 and Ubuntu GNOME 15.10 with GNOME
3.18 (it may be present on others I just haven't tested it anywhere
but on these yet) I have found that the boxes which list the packages
you want to install are way too small and the user has to enlarge them
to see what is actually there, so I think that the starting size for
these boxes should be larger. So far I have found this to be true with
all of the boxes in the "Region & Language" section which display a
list of packages that can be installed and ask you if you want to
  install them.

So here is an example of what one of the boxes looks like:

      Ubuntu-GNOME-16-04_gnome-control-center_Install-packages-box-too-
  small.png

Whereas it should really look like this:

      Ubuntu-GNOME-16-04_gnome-control-center_Install-packages-box-
  proper-size.png
