Public bug reported:

/etc/grub.d/10_linux doesn't generate a menuentry which boots the kernel
with a device tree blob on ARM, meaning Grub tries to load the kernel
without the device tree, which likely fails.

** Affects: grub2 (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
