There is a tool called cmadison developed by one of the Canonical's
engineer that provide Ubuntu Cloud-Archive support around rmadison
https://github.com/wolsen/cmadison
Usage:
$ ./cmadison.py nova

nova | 1:2014.1.5-0ubuntu1.4~cloud0 | icehouse-proposed | source
nova | 1:2014.2.4-0ubuntu1~cloud4 | juno | source
nova | 1:2014.2.4-0ubuntu1~cloud4 | juno-proposed | source
nova | 1:2015.1.2-0ubuntu2~cloud0 | kilo | source
nova | 1:2015.1.2-0ubuntu2~cloud0 | kilo-proposed | source
nova | 2:12.0.1-0ubuntu1~cloud0 | liberty | source
nova | 2:12.0.1-0ubuntu1~cloud0 | liberty-proposed | source

Title:
rmadison should show output from cloud archive too
Status in devscripts package in Ubuntu:
Confirmed
Bug description:
1. On 15.04, devscripts 2.15.1
Right now:
$ rmadison qemu
....
qemu | 2.0.0~rc1+dfsg-0ubuntu3 | trusty | source
qemu | 2.0.0~rc1+dfsg-0ubuntu3 | trusty/universe | amd64, arm64, armhf, i386, powerpc, ppc64el
qemu | 2.0.0+dfsg-2ubuntu1.11 | trusty-security | source
qemu | 2.0.0+dfsg-2ubuntu1.11 | trusty-security/universe | amd64, arm64, armhf, i386, powerpc, ppc64el
qemu | 2.0.0+dfsg-2ubuntu1.11 | trusty-updates | source
qemu | 2.0.0+dfsg-2ubuntu1.11 | trusty-updates/universe | amd64, arm64, armhf, i386, powerpc, ppc64el
qemu | 2.0.0+dfsg-2ubuntu1.12 | trusty-proposed | source
qemu | 2.0.0+dfsg-2ubuntu1.12 | trusty-proposed/universe | amd64, arm64, armhf, i386, powerpc, ppc64el
....
Provides me a good inside on to all of the qemu packages in the main archive and in all the update pockets.
Except to figure out the latest for the cloud archive you need to use something like:
http://reqorts.qa.ubuntu.com/reports/ubuntu-server/cloud-archive/
or guess from staging - https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-cloud-archive/+archive/ubuntu/havana-staging
or just install it.
I'd like to see the cloud archive show up in rmadison like:
qemu | 1:2.2+dfsg-5expubuntu9.1~cloud0 | cloud-archive-kilo-updates? |
