Title:
git installed by default
Status in ubuntu-meta package in Ubuntu:
Confirmed
Bug description:
I've just installed the latest daily build and it seems that default install has become pretty bloated with unneeded packages, along with lxd, also the git gets installed.
I'm totally aware that this is a popular tool but IMHO this shouldn't be installed by default as it's a primary development tool.
The deploys on server are usually done without it so if one needs it to do deploys then they should install it manually.
