  Installer crasher after it was unable to install the bootloader.

Bug description:
  Similar to ​ #1159052 except that my hardware is a MacPro. I had tried
  several alternative locations for the bootloader before finally
  selecting the "Carry on without a bootloader" option. Shortly after
  that, the installer reported that it had crashed.
