No, this is not a bug in plymouth. You have a locally installed init
script, /etc/init.d/load_daemon.sh, which does not contain proper LSB
init script headers; and as a result, insserv is unable to calculate the
dependencies of the init scripts on your system to put them in order.
You will need to resolve the problem with /etc/init.d/load_daemon.sh, by
adding LSB headers or by removing it from your system.
