you are installing packages from the proposed pocket, so be aware that
there a version mismatches when a package is not yet built on some
architecture. This is not a bug.

** Changed in: gcc-6 (Ubuntu)
       Status: New => Invalid

Title:
  libgcc1 : Depends: gcc-6-base (= 6.1.1-6ubuntu11) but 6.1.1-4ubuntu11
  is to be installed

Status in gcc-6 package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Can't upgrade gcc-6-base 6.1.1-4ubuntu11 to 6.1.1-6ubuntu11 due to
  that error:

  The following packages have unmet dependencies.
   libgcc1 : Depends: gcc-6-base (= 6.1.1-6ubuntu11) but 6.1.1-4ubuntu11 is to be installed
  E: Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages.

  From synaptic, when trying to upgrade libgcc1, it list a bunch of *:i386 packages and some qml* too for removal. There is no explanation into the changelog about the i386 drop on a 64 bits installation.
