[Bug 1607022] [NEW] Unable to install bootloader under UEFI

Public bug reported:

There are similar reports by other users, but they seem to be for older
distributions.

In my case, the installer failed to create a bootloader on a fresh
lenovo y700 (after completing everything else)

The laptop has two hard drives: a HDD and an SDD. I mapped the SDD to /,
and the HDD to /home. I assume it was trying to install the bootloader
on the SDD.

The installer gives me no options to choose a non-UEFI mode after i
decided to install under UEFI once, and it doesn't seem to let me choose
where the bootloader will be installed.
