recovering from grub rescue

Bug description:
i have repaired from boot loader, after that i could not able to enter
into ubuntu. Instead it is showing me a 'grub rescue' command. I have
a pre installed Windows 8 with UEFI but I could able to run my newly
installed ubuntu 14 in Legacy mode. But now, ubuntu is not even
loading..
