Public bug reported:

Relevant bug #1557894

Step to reproduce:
1. Open Startup Disk Creator from Dash
2. Select 'Source disc image', eg., http://releases.ubuntu.com/16.04/ubuntu-16.04-desktop-amd64.iso
3. Select 'Disc to use'
4. Click 'Make Startup Disk'
5. When finished unplug the USB stick and plug into the UEFI computer you want to boot

Expected result:
USB stick should appears under UEFI boot options

Actual result:
