Hi friend,I apretiate your help to fix my problem but just before yesterday
until late at night and in order to clean uo everything I just installed
the ubuntu 16.04 again and now I have no problem anymore ;I think till this

I really I am not sure if it is a bug or not but all the time I had this message of not enough space I try things as uname-r to find the kernel then the old ones then i purge the rest and keep the running one sometimes it function sometime not,and really is stressing to empty space everytime i want to update.
Therefore here I add what I was doing on the terminal using the advices of the forums.
