[Bug 1603419] [NEW] 16.04LTS insatllation crashes by Grub2 insatllation

By installing Ubuntu 16.04LTS the installer crashs for unknown reason by
installing GRUB2. The system should be a dual boot system with a Windows
8.1 Installation in the first section. It worked long time with 14.04LTS
but switching to 16.04LTS failed now.
