Updated script to work on Ubuntu 14.04, dropped coreboot and ieee1275
targets, renamed output binaries to names expected by UEFI.

Bug description:
  Hi, in working with cirros we are interested in getting a grub2 "standalone image".
  We're currently able to get such a thing from Fedora but i'd like to get it from ubuntu as we're already downloading other binaries (kernels) from ubuntu.
