  BTRFS file system pre-prepared installer unable to install 16.04

Bug description:
  BTRFS file system prepared using live USB on two devices /dev/sda and
  /dev/sdb1 as one file system called system. 4Gb swap also prepared
  using live USB on /dev/sdb2. Installer crashed at Grub Boot
  installation.
