Ubuntu Mate 16.04
ATE Desktop Environment 1.12.1

System indicated an error and asked to submit an error report. It then
processed the request as a bug report on the package listed in the
summary. I was finalizing a fresh install using the Software Boutique,
and had applied the updates as requested by the Software Updater.
