Bug description:
  The example preseed file https://help.ubuntu.com/10.10/installation-
  guide/example-preseed.txt  includes examples of setting locale and
  keyboard config that won't work if (for instance) the preseed file is
  being network loaded during a netboot.

  It would be a significant improvement to the usefulness of the example
  preseed file, if there were comments clearly marking out the sections
  of settings that would be ignored when the preseed file is network
  loaded.

  Applies to ubuntu 10.10 and 10.04 (and, I think, all previous versions
  ...)
