[Bug 1598211] [NEW] do-release-upgrade doesn't clearly communicate the target version

Public bug reported:

When upgrading via do-release-upgrade -d I was not notified which
version I would be upgraded to. That would have been really nice. I had
to scroll up and see xenial.gz in the output to have any idea what
version I was being upgraded to.
