Bug description:
  ubuntu 14.04.3
  linux-image-3.19.0-37-generic    3.19.0-37.42~14.04.1
  multipath-tools    0.4.9-3ubuntu7.6

  multipath does not work generating such messages:

  no problems with linux-image-3.19.0-33-generic (3.19.0-33.38~14.04.1).
