[Bug 1534921] [NEW] upgrade to Vivid from Trusty.4 fails

I tried executing do-release-upgrade from 14.04.4 LTS to 15.04 latest, but it returns: "An unsolvable error occured" etc etc.
In Apt-get dist-upgrade, I have "broken packets" from lubuntu repos. What should I do?
