Seems to be fixed in ldb-1.1.25-258-g9790abd when installed with
`./configure --with-systemd --prefix=/usr --enable-fhs --sysconfdir=/etc
--localstatedir=/var && make && sudo make install` on the server side
(if you try this, consider using `checkinstall`) (commented on the
referenced issue already).

mount error(5): Input/output error

while second (by entering the exact same command) always succeeds.
