Bug description:
When grepping for the latest active image, use an image's UUID for
nova boot instead of the name. This avoids failing on
CommandError: Multiple image matches found for 'ubuntu/ubuntu-xenial-adt-i386-server-20151209.img', use an ID to be more specific.
